Eric is a young man who enjoys the gaming world, and who observed the work that Kelly was doing. Intrigued, he asked to be considered for co-leadership. He quickly developed a clear respect for and easy relationships with many young people, and is an important asset to John – who has difficulty understanding the rules of many of the games that Eric leads in group.
